The Brooklyn Heights Townhouse is a 20-foot-wide home located on a coveted and historically landmarked block not far from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. The house had most of its original details intact and ERA was hired to modernize aspects while retaining and recreating the period character. The final layout closely approximated the original from the 1840s with a new kitchen on the garden level, two rooms for entertaining on the parlor level, and bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper two levels. Distinct details include a two-tone grey kitchen, playful eclectic wallpaper, and an oversized vintage tub.
